Croajingolong National Park runs along a long, remote stretch of far East Gippsland coastline, reached by a small number of access roads varying in surface and reliability. Jetties at Allan Head, Kingfish Point and Captain Creek are reported on individually, so a closure at one does not indicate the condition of another. Some notices also cover broader “tracks and areas closed” statements applying to a defined section rather than a single point, and separating those from a jetty-specific notice matters when planning a stop.

Access to some sections depends on a 4WD-recommended road, and a road-and-walking-track notice near Genoa Peak shows how one closure can affect both the approach and the walk at once. A campground has also had upgrade-related notices, a different kind of unavailability from a jetty or track closure.
